Green Smoothie

There is no better way to start the day of than a refreshing smoothie. Seriously, they are easy to make, healthy, and just straight up delicious. This is perfect for getting a quick breakfast in before hopping on a call, or if you just aren’t in the mood to make breakfast.

The smoothie you’re about to make is very simple (I mean HELLO, it’s a smoothie)but it has a secret ingredient (turmeric paste) that makes it taste fancy. Adding turmeric paste to this smoothie brings out some satisfying tartness, brightness, and gingery flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 frozen greens (spinach, kale, whatever)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp Curcuma Golden Paste

Directions

  • Put peaches, greens, banana, almond milk, and curcuma paste into the blender.
  • BLEND. If it wont mix well give it a stir, and if it still doesn’t want to blend, add a splash more of almond milk.
  • Serve! Sometimes I like to top with fresh fruit or some hemp seeds and eat like a smoothie bowl.
